Requesting deletion of your data
Heyla (operated by HeyClients) helps coaches respond to people who message or comment on their Instagram. If you have messaged or commented on a coach using Heyla, you can ask for the data Heyla holds about you to be deleted. This page explains how.
What gets deleted
On request, we delete the Instagram data Heyla holds about you — the content of your messages and comments, your Instagram-scoped user ID and username, and the conversation history tied to them. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
How to request deletion
Email us at privacy@heyclients.io with:
- the subject line “Instagram data deletion request”, and
- the Instagram username you used to message or comment on the coach.
We use the Instagram username only to find and delete the matching records. You can also ask the coach you were in contact with to pass the request on — either route reaches us.
